Its not all about weight loss

Don’t over complicate getting healthy. A lot of people jump straight to weight loss thinking this is the only was to get healthy. This is untrue, yes if you are carrying extra weight then loosing that will definitely help you become more healthy, there is no doubt about it, but what a high percentage of people don’t understand or even they over look is that getting healthy doesn’t need to be about weight loss

Now go grab your pen & journal and start answering these questions

  • How many hours of sleep do you get?
  • How much water do you drink on a daily basis?
  • How many times do you eat fruit & veg in a day?
  • How long do you walk for?
  • Do you even go for a walk?
  •  Do you enjoy your job?
  • Are you stressed?
  • Are you anxious?
  • Do you have financial worries
I could go on and on but you catch my drift? Answering these questions honestly will give you a good foundation on where to start. Aim of 8hrs of sleep per night. Drink 2 litres of water daily, start by adding fruit and veg to a meal and then 2 meals the following day, get a 30 minute walk in daily, think about your career is it making you miserable? How are you stress and anxiety levels, what is the source of these worries? 

When you have your answers written down take time to evaluate them.
