To put weight on one would assume you would need to eat more? Right? Yes, well to a certain extent. I have come across clients who just cant seem to put weight on and it really effects their mental health.
Its rare I have a client coming to me for weight gain but when they do it is a serious matter just like weight loss is. The guy/girl that is facing weight gain issues in my experience either has an illness, disease or a disorder (diagnosed or UN-diagnosed) that they are fighting. Its a serious battle.
