Hydrating yourself is so important in every day life and when training. When we do any physical exercise we sweat, this is fluids leaving the body so it is vital you replace these fluids with water. sweating, or perspiring, is the body’s mechanism of keeping us cool and preventing us from over heating in a warm environment or during exercise

Aim to drink at least 3 litres of water every day and don’t forget the sunscreen 😉
