Routine is good for me it helps me achieve my goals and gives me purpose in my life and keeps me mentally well.
My routine needs to benefit me so I will always relook to ensure it is still serving a purpose.
For example, I have a routine during this covid-19 pandemic, and it would be different to my normal routine but the fundamentals for me stay the same.
Bed early, rise early, daily meditation, gratitude list and 5 out of 7 days some form of exercise walking, running or gym.
I also like to keep my nutrition to a set plan. I follow it and don’t go down a dangerous path. I allow occasional treats and once a week I will get my favorite food which is pizza.
Life is too short to be rigid. I had that for a long time in my life and it did not serve me well. Today I chose to be healthy, active and to have fun with my food,
