Plan A or Plan B?
AFTER 8 YEARS OF COACHING, OVER 75 THOUSAND HOURS ONE ON ONE AND GROUP TRAINING, IT HAS SHOWN ME ONE MAJOR FACTOR IN RESULTS WETHER IT’S WEIGHT LOSS,FITNESS,STENGTH OR MUSCLE GAIN AND THAT IS CONSISTENCY
A lot of clients would put pressure on themselves to hit 5 days training thinking thats what they need to do, to hit a goal when this is untrue. The right type of training, the right dedication, the right coach is what you need. Not 5 days of pushing yourself to the brink of exhaustion.
But I know goals are about perspective, time, home commitments and energy. There is a lot of variables in just picking A or B.
I want to keep this very simple for you because over the years there is so many misconceptions and information out there that would confuse and irritate you when trying to figure out how to hit your goals.
So take a read of the A or B plans below and think about what you would prefer.
-Intense exercise 3 x 45 mins per week
-Be active for 30 mins each day (walk, play with kid, play a
fun sport, get out in the fresh air)
-Eat real foods, stay away from processed foods 80 percent of the week
and enjoy your favorite treat in moderation
-Work on loving your body and being grateful for all the things
-Not being defined by a weighing scale
-Hiring a coach that understands you’re not an athlete and understand
you need someone to help, guide and coach you to hit those goals
– Patience and consistency all the way through
-Intense training 6 x 60 mins a week
-Eat 100 percent clean eating – No processed foods at all.
-Tell yourself that you are not good enough yet and you train hard every time to hopefully one day be happy with yourself
-Expecting results very quickly
-Letting the weighing scales dictate your life and your mood.
Key is consistency when entering any change in any type of fitness plan so when planning for this think about what you really want and how much of yourself are you willing to give. Do not be
fooled into thinking more is better. Consistency is better. If you just want to feel more energetic, look better, improve your health then Plan A is for you. If you want to be a bikini model or a body builder then Plan B is for you
