So you want to lose weight and you do not want to eat chicken and rice for the rest of your life. So you troll though various diet articles on line, trying to find the best one that you think will work for you with minimal effort, one link telling you that eating a fry every morning will help lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks , which leads to another articles telling you eating bacon and sausages are bad for your heart. You close the laptop with a big sigh and tell yourself you will look into that club your friend joined last week and join that next week, whilst heading to the kitchen to make a cup of tea and grab the biscuits. Does this sound familiar?
