After years of telling myself that I would do something about my weight and lack of fitness I finally bit the bullet and called in to Ronan at victory fitness. Right from the start I knew I was with the right trainer. I received nutritional advice and comprehensive meal plans, motivation and encouragement and knowledge to carry on a healthy lifestyle after my 90 day program was finished. As part of my program I received 2 personal training sessions a week as well as access to as many classes as I wanted. Ronan and the lads were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond the call of duty. I was carrying injuries when I started and Shane who is a qualified physio gave me on to one support and cleared up any issues I had. All the guys were there to push me to do my best and advise me at every turn and even though I found it hard for the first few weeks and felt like i had bitten off more than I could chew the lads kept me going and at the end of week 3 I started to notice significant changes. At the end of my 90 day challenge I had dropped from 111.4 kg to 94.9 kg. 16.5 kg or just over 36 pounds lighter. I looked better than I ever had and mentally felt fantastic. Even now when I am in the gym all the guys ask how I am getting on and offer any help I may need, from maybe tweaking my diet to suit my goals up to doing a session on the weights and physio for any aches and pains I may have. The aftercare is second to none. Without a doubt, going to victory fitness was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I have already decided I will be going back again soon for another 90 day challenge and take myself to the next level.
