INGREDIENTS

50g Peanut Butter meridian

50g Maple syrup

100g gluten free oats

30g chopped walnuts, 30g chopped almonds, 30g roasted hazlenuts and 30g whole almonds

Follow the easy steps to enjoy a healthy snack. Add milk for breakfast, yoghurt for lunch or just as a healthy snack. mmmm Enjoy!!!

DIRECTIONS

Pre heat the oven to 170 degrees

Melt the peanut butter and syrup together on a low heat, add into the oats and make sure they are all covered and moist. Add in all the nuts and mix up

Spread out evenly on baking paper and roast for 15 minutes until golden brown. Leave stand for another 15 minutes and enjoy 🙂
